Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Haggler (the "Service"), a Shopify application that helps merchants recover abandoned carts. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Haggler sends recovery messages to your customers, routes their replies, and helps you close sales. Features and plan limits are described on our pricing page and may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to bind that store to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Shopify and related credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.
  • Violate any applicable anti-spam, consumer-protection, or privacy law.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or misrepresent the Service without our written permission.

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service and for having a lawful basis to contact your customers.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plan limits, prices, and features are shown at the time of purchase. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations and downgrades take effect as described in the app. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your store data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular recovery rate, revenue, or result. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
